Vatsal Shah

Vatsal H. Shah is the Finance Manager at MedStar Shah MSO, LLC with 8 years of professional experience. Mr. Shah relocated to the USA and joined the practice in October 2022. He works closely with management to provide daily financial support, analysis, budgeting, and reporting to enhance the practice’s financial and operational efficiency.

Mr. Shah’s extensive background includes working with Management Consultancy and Chartered Accountant firms in Mumbai, India until April 2020, and later joining HPI India as Manager, Finance and Accounts. During this time, he closely collaborated with several USA-based multinational corporations to enhance their cash flow and EBIDTA.

Mr. Shah holds a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, India, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI, India. He recently completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Mumbai University, India, and is currently pursuing his CPA in the USA.

Mr. Shah is committed to being an integral part of the organization’s growth and assisting the providers administratively so that they can focus on their core responsibilities of providing exceptional patient care.
