Natalie Ching

Natalie Ching is an Assistant Administrator/Operations and Director of Radiology for Medstar Shah Medical Group. She has worked at Medstar Shah for nearly 20 years, living the dream of helping patients receive the best care possible. Her passion for her job is evident in her three goals: to improve patient outcomes, to stay updated with the latest technologies, and to foster a positive work environment.
