Monir Rajabally

Monir Rajabally is an IT professional with over a decade of experience in leadership positions. He is an expert in project management and communication, with proficiency in IT strategy development, quick technical issue resolution, and process improvement.

Mr. Rajabally is passionate about innovation and strongly believes in the importance of being technologically advanced. He consistently encourages his team to be creative and think beyond conventional methods, which allows him to deliver outstanding customer service and surpass clients’ expectations every time. Mr. Rajabally is enthusiastic about nurturing his team, recognizing that investing in their growth and development is fundamental to any organization’s prosperity.

Mr. Rajabally graduated from Montgomery College with an associate degree in automotive technology and business. He is currently enrolled in a Cybersecurity Certificate program at the University of Maryland, pursuing additional knowledge and skills in this rapidly evolving field. Before entering the IT industry, Mr. Rajabally worked in several other roles, including Transportation Security Officer (TSA), and owned and operated a Shell service station as a master mechanic. His experience in various jobs has taught him how to solve complex problems efficiently, and he has been able to apply this knowledge to his current role as an IT Coordinator.
