About Me
Dr. Kiran Mehta completed his residency training at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Norwalk/Yale University School of Medicine in Norwalk, Connecticut. Dr. Mehta is Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. He began his practice with Shah Associates in 1991. Currently, he serves as the Medical Director of Sleep Diagnostic and Research Centers with locations in Hollywood, Charlotte Hall and Waldorf. Dr. Mehta is an educator and a true humanitarian; his main emphasis is health education and community service here in Southern Maryland and abroad. He is an active member of the Leonardtown Rotary Club and vice president of St. Mary’s county Medical Society.
