Ila Shah-Emeritus

Dr. Ila Shah is a co-founder of Shah Associates and has practiced pediatric medicine for over 45 years, following her degree from Bombay University. She has a passion for spending time with children and is dedicated to helping sick kids recover as quickly as possible. A prominent figure in her community, Dr. Shah has served as Chief of Medical Staff and a member of the Board of Directors at St. Mary’s Hospital. Additionally, she is a former president of the Rotary Club of Charlotte Hall and remains actively involved in matching grants for the treatment of disabled children. In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys swimming, playing bridge, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her grandson, Samir, and granddaughter, Neelam.
