Chirag Shah

Chirag M. Shah is the Senior Finance manager at MedStar Shah MSO, LLC with over 19 years of experience managing US healthcare operations. Mr. Shah works closely with management to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to improve operational and financial efficiency for the practice.

In his previous roles, Mr. Shah worked with audit firms in Mumbai, India until October 2003, and later joined the founding team of HPI India as Head of Finance and Accounts. Mr. Shah played a pivotal role in growing HPI from 50 employees in 2004 to 2200+ employees by December 2022. He served on the HPI India Board of Directors as Director of Finance from 2007 to 2022 and was one of the top three key persons responsible for strategic decisions of India operations.

Mr. Shah holds a degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, India and as a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), has completed his CA course with a specialization in Information System Audit from the CA Institute. He has completed a residency course in Senior Leader’s Program and earned alumni membership at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) – Ahmedabad in 2015.

Mr. Shah’s professional goals include being a part of the organization’s growth and sharpening his management skills.
