Antoinette Mullan
Antoinette Mullan provides support to both the Human Resources Department and the Reputation Management Project at MedStar Shah MSO LLC. She’s responsible for a wide range of duties including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. She manages the MSO’s participation in St. Mary’s County School’s Apprenticeship Program and Medstar Shah MSO LLC’s yearly flu vaccine drive.
Ms. Mullan has more than 20 years of HR consulting experience in the private sector, during which she has executed newly defined organizational structures, designed leadership frameworks for development programs, oversaw the rollout of leadership programs, and managed change in a newly established Equity Franchise. During her time as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Alexander Proudfoot (US), she gained extensive experience working across diverse industries such as Finance, IT, Mining, and Aviation. Throughout her tenure, she played a change management role in multiple projects that involved collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ms. Mullan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pretoria (South Africa). She is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (2003). Ms. Mullan attained Chartered Member status with the Chartered Institute of People Development in the UK (2012).
Ms. Mullan is known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure. She is a true team player, always willing to lend a hand and go above and beyond to ensure the success of the departments she supports.
